However, I read in another critic that Brook is a male author, for some descriptions from the book is of a physical and technological mindset. I think that since she founded a technology company, it is natural that she acts and thinks in a logical way. Nevertheless, as a first-time writer, it is extraordinary that she can write something so profoundly different from other authors. I learn from the novel vast knowledge of sex, tips to maintain a good relationship, and business strategies. This information wouldn’t be found in books like Fifty Shades of Gray. I believe this knowledge is the product of her experiences throughout the years. Her style is something an ordinary writer wouldn’t be able to imitate.

    From her detailed description of women’s mental and physical reaction to sex, I think she is a woman herself. Men wouldn’t know so much about women’s psychology. There are a few sections about sex that are centered around women, in which women are the initiators and the leaders. This is very different from the chauvinistic, male-dominated novels such as Fifty Shades of Gray. This is a great comeback for females and I feel that Brook is voicing for all the women. Kudos to her! I’m compelled to write this article because of my admiration.
